Ritesh Agarwal, the founder and CEO of OYO Rooms, was born into a Marwari family in Bissam Cuttack, Odisha, India. He was raised in Titilagarh, a small town in the state of Odisha. His family ran a small shop in Rayagada, Odisha, where he grew up.
Agarwal completed his early schooling at Sacred Heart School and later attended St. John's Senior Secondary School. In 2011, he moved to Delhi to pursue his college education, but he eventually dropped out to focus on his entrepreneurial pursuits, which led to the creation of OYO RoomsSuccess Journey
Ritesh Agarwal's journey to success started with a bold move to Kota, Rajasthan, to prepare for the tough IIT-JEE exam.
